Garden creation is an essential element of Gesamtkunstwerk, linking interior and exterior spaces. It serve as spaces where natural elements coexist with structures, embodying harmony and balance. This practice, deeply rooted in Kyoto’s garden traditions, shapes our approach as we draw from its rich history and culture to understand the underlying philosophy and techniques.

We aim to create environments where interior and exterior spaces are unified, fostering a connection between architecture and nature. Gesamtkunstwerk remains at the heart of our philosophy, integrating art, architecture, and landscape into every project.

SILENT REFLECTION

静思庭 (Seishi-tei)

Boutique Retreat | Lisbon, Portugal | Land Area: 50,000 m2 | 2025 ~ ongoing

An exclusive countryside sanctuary with sea views. The project includes the renovation of the main residence, expansive landscape design, and the creation of contemplative gardens. A series of new architectural additions will support bespoke experiences, all nestled within the tranquillity of the 5-hectare estate.

BENEATH THE VAULT

樹天庭 (Juten-tei)

Private | Kanton Zug | Garden Area: 1,600m2 | 2025 ~ ongoing

This private garden project involves the transformation of a 1,600 m² landscape through sensitive design interventions. The scope includes a newly curated plant portfolio that enhances and complements the existing flora, the construction of a large koi pond, and the protection and celebration of a majestic centennial sequoia tree—a living monument anchoring the site.

Completion expected in 2026.
