The daybed is conceived intending to create a furniture that combines opposing characteristics of stiffness and resilience. The design constitutes of three planes, connected sorely by the rubber in place of mechanical or glued joints. The daybed acts a subtly bending series of planes, bending and distorting in a controlled way to give a sensation of comfort and resilience.
